Jennifer Arnold Waters Charged with Financial Card Theft, Obtaining Property by False Pretense and Financial Card Fraud

On June 10, 2012 at approximately 12:20 pm, the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a Fraud from East 12th Street in Washington. The victim reported that a suspect stole the victim’s bank card and began making fraudulent charges.  Investigators began an investigation, reviewed evidence, and conducted interviews.
As a result, Investigator Scott Williams applied for and obtained a warrant charging Jennifer Arnold Waters, age 35, of Farm Lane in Washington with Financial Card Theft, Obtaining Property by False Pretense, and Financial Card Fraud. On June 26, 2012, Waters was arrested by the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office and taken before Magistrate David Curtis.
Waters was released under a $10,000 unsecured bond.
