UNDER AND BY VIRTUE of a judgment and execution issued by the above named court in the above entitled action on the 24th day of August at ------ m. in the year 2012, directed to the undersigned Sheriff from the District Court of Beaufort County, I will offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash whatever right, title, and interest, the judgment debtor owns or may own in the following described personal property which is subject to sale under execution. This sale shall be held at the following location: Buddy’s Garage, 4525 VOA Rd., Washington, NC where the property is located. This sale shall be made subject to all liens, mortgages, and encumbrances which were or became effective on the record prior to the levy of the Attachment Order, which is followed by the Court’s Order of Sale and Writ of Execution.

The highest bidder will be required to pay in full to the Sheriff of Beaufort County on the day of the sale.
