On May 5, 2012, the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a Breaking and Entering and Larceny that occurred at a farm on Railroad Bed Road in Pantego, NC.  The victim reported copper tubing and a trail camera stolen.  The Sheriff’s Office began an investigation, collected evidence, and conducted interviews.
As a result of the investigation, Investigator Wesley Waters applied for and obtained warrants charging Hilton Gray Everson, III, age 36, of Wilkerson Station Road in Pantego and Amiee Dunn Dail, age 37, of Topping Loop Road in Pantego with one(1) count each of  Felony Breaking and Entering and one(1) count each of Larceny After Breaking and Entering.  On June 25, 2012, Amiee Dail turned herself in at the Magistrate’s Office and was held on a $2,700
secured bond set by Magistrate Jasper Mills.  On June 26, 2012, Hilton Everson, III turned himself in at the Magistrate’s Office and was held on a $1,500 secured bond set by Magistrate David Curtis.
